About Our Ophthalmology Centers in Los Angeles County
Welcome to Macula Retina Vitreous Center, a California-based ophthalmology practice serving the Los Angeles area and limited to the medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the posterior segment of the eye, namely the retina. Here, we specialize in the ocular complications of diabetes, age–related macular degeneration, retinal detachment and ocular inflammatory diseases.

Our friendly, highly trained staff is dedicated to providing state–of–the–art medical and surgical care to every patient we treat. We also believe that excellent customer service is essential. Our Locations
We have two beautiful ophthalmology centers in Los Angeles County. Our centrally located Downtown office is close to some of Los Angeles’ most popular attractions, making the excitement of the city easily accessible, and conveniently located across Dignity Health California, where Dr. Taban preforms some of his surgeries. Our office is located within a building occupied by a number of highly respected physicians in a broad range of fields. Our second office serves residents of the South Bay, with a surgical facility within the same building complex. We are fully equipped to consult as well as actually perform surgery in both locations.
